Hmm... hope I'm allowed to post this thread. 
Anyway, it's pretty self-explanatory: Post here if you want to find someone to RP with!
Now, I haven't been accepted quite yet, but once I am, would anyone like to RP? I'm in District 2, but I might PM an administrator and ask them kindly to change my District if I'm the only one.
